Lahore Serena Hotel and Business Complex

Xypex products were used to waterproof and protect the water tanks in the basement of this new mixed use development in Lahore, Pakistan. Approximately 25,000 square feet worth of concrete was protected against hydrostatic pressure, extending the service life of the structures. Xypex products are also expected to be used on the roof. The building is still under construction, with expected completion in December of 2014.
